What You'll Do

In the Field Daily

• Complete 4+ creative repairs on‑site each day

• Work independently while delivering excellent customer service

• Problem‑solve in diverse environments: apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, and more

Customer Service & Communication

• Treat tenants, staff, and clients with professionalism and care

• Enter repair notes and updates in our CRM/dispatch system

• Collaborate with our Support Team when unique challenges arise

Technicians with backgrounds in painting, sculpting, whittling, drawing, or other visual arts excel at Surface Experts. Your ability to see, match, and replicate color is essential. Every repair has a different sheen, pattern, and material-creativity is a must.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in any manual trade (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.)

• Facility maintenance experience helpful but not required

• Ability to see, distinguish, and match colors accurately

• Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused mindset

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
