Proficient in MAC, including Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint, AI applications, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Creative Project Manager, to join a multinational entertainment conglomerate in Universal City, CA. This is a 2-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay:$32.96 - $51.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.


Description:
Essential Responsibilities

• Assists the Sr. Manager, Creative Operations - Animation in coordinating select creative projects, workstreams, and deliverables. Owns smaller-scale projects, serving as lead communicator to drive development and execution of deliverables
• Supports delivery of creative tools against the biannual development calendar, including design guides, packaging guides, retail guides, marketing asset packs, and other creative assets
• Assists with accelerated or priority creative needs as directed by coordinating timelines, materials, stakeholder inputs, and next steps
• Maintains accurate scope documentation and project records based on current business priorities, creative direction, and stakeholder feedback
• Updates project trackers, project management tools, budget trackers, and other ad hoc reporting as requested
• Supports Legal, Trademark, and third-party approval routing by preparing materials, tracking submissions, monitoring feedback, and helping ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinates meeting logistics, agendas, presentation materials, recaps, and feedback notes for internal creative reviews and stakeholder meetings as needed
• Provides input and insight for owned projects
• Participates in partner calls to take notes, helps to track agenda points, keeps meetings on track and on time and recaps next steps
• Raises workflow challenges to manager and collaborates on resolutions
• Partners with Global Asset Production & Management teams to support timely and accurate posting of creative deliverables
• Recognizes sensitivity of studio assets and follows all internal policies and guidance
• Assists with the build and implementation of the team's new project management software, Workfront
• Additional duties as needed to meet business needs

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a project coordinator or project manager role for a creative team
• Associate project manager role
• A team player prioritizing partnership, with the ability to follow instructions and follow through on projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting/competing priorities and stretch assignments
• Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening as well as a professional presentation
• Basic project management skills, including project management software, note taking, scheduling, budgeting, attention to detail, time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MAC, including Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint, AI applications, Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Familiarity with project management platforms; Workfront experience preferred.
