Job Summary

We are seeking a Specialist, Project Management to manage end-to-end creative and marketing projects within an in-house creative agency . The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery across digital, print, video, eCommerce, and packaging projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and status reports using Workfront.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, agencies, and external partners.

• Lead project status meetings and manage project workflows.

• Apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

• Manage production requests, print/digital trafficking, website updates, and packaging revisions.

• Gather and validate production specifications across multiple media channels.

• Identify process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in project management.

• Experience in an in-house creative agency, marketing agency, or client-service environment.

• 1+ year of experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or Monday.com.

• Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with print production and packaging design projects is preferred.
