    Description

Amazon Leo is building the world"s most ambitious satellite internet network to deliver fast, reliable connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to shape how a brand-new global brand comes to life-from brand films and global advertising campaigns to social content and beyond.

As the Creative Project Manager for Brand Creative, you"ll be the hub of the team: bridging creative and business, bringing structure without stifling ideas, and keeping a diverse portfolio of high-visibility work moving with clarity and precision. If you thrive in fast-paced creative environments and love being the person who makes great work actually happen on time and on budget, we"d love to talk.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Drive projects end-to-end from kick-off through final asset delivery, establishing timelines with clear milestones and deliverables at each stage
    • Serve as the single point of accountability for project schedules, deliverables, dates, and capabilities across all active workstreams
    • Keep business partners and stakeholders informed, accountable, and hitting deadlines; deliver regular status communications and facilitate project meetings
    • Manage cross-functional needs and priorities, gathering necessary assets (start files, deliverable specs, install dimensions) and connecting with proper contacts across orgs to keep projects on schedule
    • Oversee intake, resourcing, and tracking of daily creative requests; balance competing priorities and optimize workflows across digital, print, and video channels
    • Anticipate blockers in the creative process and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track
    • Participate in creative reviews to ensure business objectives and creative integrity are upheld
    • Define project scope, prioritize tasks, assemble teams and resources, and balance workloads to prevent overcapacity
    • Manage external agency and vendor relationships, including timelines, feedback loops, and asset delivery
    • Allocate funds and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters
    • Continuously improve creative processes, reduce administrative overhead, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams

    A day in the life

Your focus is keeping creative work moving. You"re the person everyone relies on to know where things stand and what"s coming next. On any given day, you might be running a kick-off for a campaign, updating timelines after a scope change, triaging incoming requests, or jumping on a call with a production vendor to align on delivery dates. You"ll work closely with designers, copywriters, art directors, PMMs, and business teams across the organization. Occasionally, you"ll step beyond day-to-day delivery to improve how the team operates-building new workflows, streamlining intake processes, or standing up tools that make collaboration easier.

    About Company

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
