    Seeking a Creative Production Coordinator / Associate to support visual creative, branding, content production, and creative operations. The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with exceptional organization and hands-on production discipline.

    [Key Responsibilities]
    Support the NGGL across visual & branding development, content production, and creative operations
    Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
    Develop moodboards, visual references, creative presentations, and project proposals
    Research emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, digital media, entertainment, and visual storytelling
    Manage project logistics, including expense tracking, transportation, and equipment rentals for creative projects
    Provide on-site support during shoots, fittings, and events, ensuring that wardrobe, equipment, and creative materials are prepared




    Requirements

    [Required Qualifications]

    Ability to design and produce polished, brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print

    Strong visual taste and interest in music, fashion, branding, pop culture, and youth culture

    Experience supporting photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, fittings, or other creative projects

    Proficiency in both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or advanced proficiency in either program.

    Strong organizational, project-management, and multitasking skills

    Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across creative and production teams

    Professional, solutions-oriented, and a team player

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    - Bilingual in English and Korean prefer

    [Preferred Qualifications]

    Experience in the music, entertainment, fashion, media, advertising, or artist development industries

    Familiarity with wardrobe styling, glam operations, sample trafficking, and fashion production workflows

    Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, creative thinking, or production work

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.

    Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets

    Experience with emerging creative design tools (3D, AI, or Web Design)
