Job Title: Creative Operations Specialist – Media Creative / Marketing Project Coordinator (Hybrid)

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Employment Type: Contract (6+ Months)


Schedule:

  • Shift: Day Shift
  • Timing: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid role – onsite approximately 6 days per month
  • Standard office work environment

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced Media Creative team. This role focuses on managing creative workflows, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely delivery across cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate creative workflows from project intake through final delivery
  • Manage project timelines, tracking, and status updates
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, design, and production teams
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
  • Support reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization
  • Utilize tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office
  • Maintain organized processes and ensure project milestones are met

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in:
    • Creative operations
    • Project coordination/management
    • Creative services or trafficking
  • Experience working with creative or marketing teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with digital creative development across:
    • Social media
    • Video
    • Onsite and offsite media channels
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Workfront
    • Monday.com
    • Microsoft Office Suite
