We are currently seeking a "Marketing Coordinator" for a Contract role with one of our clients (Remote). Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Job Description:

• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Proven experience in event marketing with a focus on sponsorship management and execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple sponsorships and events simultaneously.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with comfort handling sponsor emails, calls, and real-time event support.
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage sponsorship deliverables and deadlines working for consistency & accuracy across multiple tracking platforms.
• Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, and sponsorship fulfillment processes.
• Basic financial acumen for tracking and payments processing.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
• Experience in technology or B2B event marketing environments.
