Description:
The Sample Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the creative studio and visual merchandising team. This position ensures a smooth workflow by managing and checking in samples, maintaining studio organization, and assisting with administrative and day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements for the role:

  • Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team

  • Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams

  • Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization

  • Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency

  • Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team

  • Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals

  • Support with photographing studio

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy

Education and Experience:

  • 1 2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred

  • Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
