Job Description – Summary
The Sr. Manager of eCommerce Creative partners with SVP leadership to develop and
execute the content studio's strategic vision, driving elevated eCommerce brand
experiences through information architecture, procedural best practices, and creative
executions informed by AI-powered search, retailer strategies, and shopper insights. This
role includes mentoring creative team leads to deliver best-in-class work, while serving as
brand steward to ensure the work balances brand purpose, creative vision, and measurable
business outcomes—translating into breakthrough eCommerce experiences that resonate
with target audiences.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Leadership

Identify opportunities for integration inside and outside the content studio and define
ways of working
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage multiple concurrent projects and resources while overseeing workflow across
copy and design teams, collaborating with account teams to ensure client deliverables,
timelines and creative expectations are met and exceeded.
Communicate content strategies, roadmaps, and test results to internal and external
stakeholders, translating concepts into actionable creative recommendations
