This person must have a strong background in brand architecture, conceptual thinking, and craft, with a proven ability to develop original ideas and shepherd them through to execution across channels including digital, social, film, print, OOH, experiential, and emerging formats.

You are hybrid in every sense: moving fluidly between brand systems design and campaign creative, and between leading teams and rolling up your sleeves as an individual contributor. You have deep experience directing agencies and production partners, ensuring creative excellence from concept through final delivery. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Design team to set creative vision, drive conceptual development, and deliver world-class campaigns and brand expressions that are consistent, culturally relevant, and built to scale globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and drive creative vision across campaigns and brand initiatives. Develop original concepts and art direct their execution across digital, social, film, print, OOH, experiential, and emerging media.
  • Build, evolve, and govern brand design systems and toolkits that enable consistency, flexibility, and creative excellence at scale.
  • Lead and inspire teams of designers and cross-functional creatives. Provide mentorship, clear creative direction, and constructive critique that elevates the work.
  • Operate fluidly as both a creative leader and hands-on maker: concept, sketch, design, and refine work at a high level of craft when the moment calls for it.
  • Direct external agencies and production partners end-to-end, from briefing and concept development through production and final delivery, ensuring work meets the creative bar.
  • Develop and present compelling creative narratives that align stakeholders, win buy-in, and articulate the strategic rationale behind design decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, marketing, product, and production teams to deliver integrated work that serves a global audience.
  • Translate complex brand narratives into clear, simple, and culturally resonant creative expressions across a wide range of formats and touchpoints.
  • Contribute to an ambitious, curious, and collaborative team culture. Champion experimentation, creative risk-taking, and continuous growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or advertising, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and/or integrated brand systems.
  • Proven experience defining, evolving, and scaling visual identity systems for consumer-facing products or global brands—translating strategy into usable guidelines and toolkits.
  • Strong portfolio showing high craft across digital and social marketing, with experience extending design systems into campaigns, activations, and multi-format expressions.
  • Experience leading creative workstreams end-to-end and partnering cross-functionally to align stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and deliver work that ships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of influencing creative strategy and design decisions through presentations, narratives, and clear design rationale.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to produce exploration, high-fidelity design, and presentation-ready assets.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of work with clear outcomes (brand impact, business impact, or measurable performance where applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading creative across both brand and product marketing contexts, with the versatility to shift between systems thinking and campaign execution.
  • Art direction experience in film, photography, and motion, either hands-on or through strong partnership with directors, DPs, and editors.
  • Motion design skills for conceptualizing.
  • Experience designing for technology platforms that span multiple surfaces and constraints (e.g., consumer hardware, wearables, or hardware + software ecosystems).
  • Experience with immersive or emerging formats (e.g., AR/VR, spatial/3D, interactive experiences) as part of brand or marketing creative.
  • Demonstrated ability to create global-ready creative frameworks that scale across markets, localization needs, and diverse cultural contexts without losing brand integrity.
  • Comfort navigating agency and production ecosystems, managing multiple vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines while maintaining creative quality.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous problem spaces, bringing structure, options, and momentum when the path isn't defined.
