    Summary:

    Leveraging graphic arts and technical skills, the Creative Designer/Developer is responsible for the design and development of effective print, web, video, and interactive multimedia solutions for training, education, and communication initiatives.

     

    This individual will:

    • Design blended learning solutions using a variety of techniques and media assets.
    • Work in partnership with senior staff to design, develop, and implement advanced learning projects that provide performance/accomplishment-based skills training.
    • Produce deliverables for instructor-led training, traditional eLearning, mobile and web-based education.
    • Assist Subject Matter Expert (SME) with storyboard development, participate in production on-site and organize storage of assets.
    • Under the direction of senior staff, complete the post-production process for final deliverables.
    • Create designs for various print and online materials.
    • Conceptualize and develop innovative designs that adhere to brand and departmental standards.
    • Draft initial graphic concepts through to final deliverables.
    • Develop interface and responsive design wireframes and mockups.
    • Use SharePoint and other content management systems to launch/deploy designs.

     

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
    • A solid understanding of design, color, and typography principles.
    • Healthcare finance industry experience

     

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Basic experience with eLearning software (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
    • Experience with Workday
    • Competency in Adobe After Effects or other motion graphic software.

     

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Art or equivalent in graphic or web design, visual communication, or instructional design-related field.
