Location: Remote within the contiguous US; employees should live within 50 miles of a major airport. Preferred states include AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, MO, NJ, NC, OK, OR, PA, TN, WA. Additional states will be considered for the ideal candidate.

Job Summary:
Netrush is looking for someone to bring our partner brands to life across our digital shelf. We want a Creative Content Manager who is excited about producing the full-funnel of creative assets that shape how shoppers discover, evaluate, and choose our partners products. This role will span the consumer lifecycle from awareness, transaction, and retention, across a multitude of marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
Youll get to sit at the intersection of design, ecommerce performance, and compliance, leading our teams to understand what great looks like in each marketplace. Working directly with our Brandrunners, youll translate brand strategy and program priorities from briefs and transform them into conversion-focused creative specific to each brand.
This role serves to strengthen program execution through high-quality, repeatable creative productionusing AI-assisted workflows where they create real efficiencyso that Brandrunners can move from brief to live asset quickly and every partner catalog is represented with clarity and consistency, while continuously feeding performance insights back to Brandrunners to optimize future creative strategy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Produces marketplace-ready creative across the Modern Commerce Playbook
Designs full-funnel creative spanning Awareness, Transaction, and Retention, including Amazon A+ Content (Basic, Premium, and Brand Story), Brand Store pages and tiles, social/creator assets, generative engine optimization (GEO) visual content, and performance media graphics (Sponsored Brands, Posts, and promotional assets) ready for publishing across partner catalogs.
Executes from Brandrunner briefs
Translates briefs into finished creative that reflects each brands positioning and program priorities, clarifies requirements and open questions up front, and manages feedback and revision rounds to on-time approval
Safeguards marketplace compliance
Applies Amazon content policies and category requirements to every asset, with particular rigor for consumables and VMS, including avoiding disease or unsubstantiated claims, prohibited imagery and language, unsupported badges or certifications, and time-sensitive or promotional content; flags claims that require substantiation or review before publishing
Adapts creative across marketplaces
Extends each brands visual system across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, accounting for the specifications, module formats, content policies, and shopper behavior of each marketplace, with a mobile-first approach to layout and legibility
Supports top-of-funnel discovery and answer engines
Develops creative with a strong point of view on driving awareness through social/creator integration, paid media, and answer engine optimization (GEO), structuring visual content and messaging hierarchy so brands are easily discoverable and recommended across emerging AI search and recommendation channels.
Maintains brand fidelity across partner catalogs
Works within each partners brand guidelines while applying marketplace best practices, and builds reusable templates, modules, and asset libraries that keep creative consistent across large and growing catalogs
Leverages AI to scale production
Uses AI-assisted tools for resizing, background and scene generation, variations, and localization where they create real efficiency, while applying judgment to ensure products are accurately represented and outputs meet marketplace policy and brand standards
Runs an organized production pipeline
Tracks requests, priorities, deadlines, and versions across multiple brands at once, maintains clean file organization and naming conventions, and ensures smooth handoff of final assets for upload and publishing
Drives creative optimization and feedback loops
Maintains accountability for creative performance metrics, including conversion rate, CTR/engagement, and AOV liftby conducting structured A/B testing and synthesizing performance insights back to Brandrunners to continuously refine creative briefs and campaign strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience producing creative assets for ecommerce marketplaces, with a portfolio that includes Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores
Working knowledge of Amazon content policies and style guides, including restrictions for consumables and dietary supplements (claims, imagery, and required disclaimers)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and full-funnel strategy (Awareness, Transaction, Retention), including visual hierarchy, benefit-led messaging, comparison charts, and mobile-first layouts optimized for Traffic × Conversion × AOV
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design tools in a production workflow
Proven track record of tracking, testing, and optimizing creative performance against measurable KPIs, including CTR, conversion rate, and engagement metrics
Ability to work from written briefs and manage multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent organization, file management, and attention to detail, including proofing copy and specs
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort giving and receiving creative feedback
Preferred
Experience creating content for Walmart Marketplace (Enhanced Content, Brand Shop) and TikTok Shop
Agency or multi-brand experience supporting a portfolio of partner brands
Familiarity with FDA and FTC guidance on supplement claims (structure/function claims and DSHEA disclaimers)
Experience with Amazons A+ Content Manager and Stores builder
Motion graphics or short-form video editing skills for marketplace and social placements
Product photo retouching, compositing, or 3D rendering experience
Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles and designing for visual search/answer engines
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-brand operational environment
