Compensation: $45.00/hr CAD
Details: 6 month contract with high likelihood of conversion to permanent

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Creative Assistant to support our Canada Content team in Toronto. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. They will need to have a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Manage calendars for 1-2 executives, including booking and confirming meetings and calls in multiple timezones, internally & externally
- Maintain and track projects and their statuses throughout the development and production process utilizing internal tools and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international) and other related administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, digital and physical filing, etc)
- Manage incoming submissions of pitch materials, scripts, etc.
- Take notes in meetings and circulate pertinent information to the greater team
- Create presentations and documents using Google Docs and Slides
- Assist with team projects and events as needed
- Heavy communication internally and externally
- Display professionalism in communication with internal and external partners
Qualifications: - 3+ years as an executive / administrative assistant or project coordinator role, preferably in the Media / Film & Television industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
- Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
- Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs & Drives
- French language proficiency is a plus
