Creative Assistant, Amazon Original Movies

Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Creative Assistant to support two Senior Development Executives at Original Movies in a role that combines high-level administrative duties with creative development opportunities. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to two busy Senior Executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, rolling calls and travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
• Manage and maintain efficient communication channels between internal teams, external partners, and talent representatives
• Process expense reports and handle other financial documentation with precision and timeliness
• Coordinate with various Amazon MGM departments including development, production, legal, and marketing teams for meetings and internal syncs
• Organize and prepare materials for internal and external meetings
• Track ongoing projects and maintain updated status reports on current developments
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
• Support special projects and initiatives as needed, particularly those involving administrative coordination and creative development
