The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, where meeting deadlines is essential. Our people are team players, reliable and committed to offering 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

You must be flexible, logically minded and be able to react quickly to peaks in workload. You will need to be quality driven with experience of following schedules and procedures.

The ideal candidate will also:

• Have a good understanding of KPIs, service levels and aspirations
• Be computer literate
• Have extensive customer service experience, especially via telephone and email
