Pay:$13.75 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential ($14.75/hr Total)
Location:Catoosa, OK 74015
Shift:Monday Thursday | 3: 30 PM 2: 00 AM(Overtime as needed, including extended hours or Fridays)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Crate Builders to join our night shift production team in Catoosa, OK. This physically demanding role involves building wooden crates, operating saws, and supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal Crate Builder is safety-conscious, comfortable using hand tools, and capable of performing repetitive physical labor while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience using hand tools preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
Comfortable standing, squatting, kneeling, and performing repetitive physical tasks
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance REQUIRED
Must be able to pass a tape measure test
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Build wooden crates according to production specifications using hand tools and shop equipment
Operate saws and assist with material preparation for crate construction
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist with additional production and general labor duties as assigned
Inspect completed crates for quality and structural integrity
Support team members to meet daily production goals
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience
Experience reading a tape measure accurately
Familiarity with saws or woodworking equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and repetitive movement
Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
Comfortable working in heat, cold, and other non-climate-controlled conditions
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, dust, and woodworking equipment
Non-climate-controlled shop environment
Fast-paced production setting requiring teamwork and attention to safety
PPE required while working on the production floor
