The Craps/Multi Games Dealer is to deal table games in accordance with company procedures, and state gaming regulations while maintaining a pleasant and entertaining atmosphere for the guests.
Duties:
Deal table games according to applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules.
Check and protect all cards when placed on the game.
Always protect the table bankroll.
Determine that bets are properly placed and within table limits.
Make proper payoffs to winning bets and collect losing bets.
Deposit all currency and foreign chips into table drop box.
Verify all fills/credits to the table.
Deal all table games with speed and accuracy.
Report any unusual situations to Casino Executive.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
Minimum of 6 months experience.
Must have excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination and be able to cut chips with both hands.
Most possess knowledge of the Craps game.
Proficient in general math skills.
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
