Crane Technician

• Work safely and responsibly in a complex industrial environment involving high heat, pressure, and moving equipment.
• Interact productively and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization, including production team members, engineering, quality, sales, administration, and senior leadership.
• Understand, demonstrate, and champion the CORE Values of JSW Steel USA in all work activities.
• Perform routine maintenance checks, periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective work orders on all facility cranes.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of crane maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
