Responsibilities:
CRA team lead and subject matter expert to be the liaison between the CRA and Technology teams to support BAU changes to the CRA applications. Create business requirements for any system changes or enhancements.
Provide data management and reporting expertise required to comply with the OCC CRA rule.
Provide system research, reconciliation and analysis in support of the bank's CRA program.
Acts as a CRA system lead and subject matter expert for BAU activity in the CRA application including data loads, validations and system set up. Works with technology to resolve and trouble shoot system and data issues.
Develops extensible/sustainable reporting solutions based on defined business needs. Evaluates functional and technical business requirements, transform those requirements into reporting solutions.
Possesses a strong understanding of reporting and database environments, data analysis and modeling to support the broader CRA team reporting and analytical needs.
Identifies opportunities for responsible growth and efficiencies, within the enterprise, while achieving regulatory goals. Responsible for creating and improving and sustaining CRA reporting across the CRA applications and databases to support analytics.
Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen technical and regulatory knowledge base and proficiencies.
Exercises judgment and influences business managers and peers to ensure enforcement of risk/regulatory programs, balancing business strategy with appropriate risk management controls.
Required Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of SQL queries
Microsoft Excel and Access database expertise
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
Technical knowledge of CRA and HMDA regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong bias for action; results oriented with an ability to manage to deadlines
Ability to manipulate data across systems
Liaison between LOBs and Technology

Enterprise Description:
This job is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA); maintaining a comprehensive performance qualification and assessment program that aggregates enterprise results. Key Responsibilities include acting as a low-to-moderate-income subject matter expert and assesses brand/business/regulatory opportunities and consequences to low-to-moderate-income individuals and communities. Job Expectations include advising the front-line units on regulatory expertise, understanding impacts of processes and strategy on the bank’s CRA program.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$120,000.00 - $169,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
