CPG / Retail Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

We are seeking a hands-on CPG / Retail Marketing Manager to own the digital and physical shelf for a major consumer brand. This is a hybrid role blending remote flexibility with collaborative strategy.

What We Need:

• 3 to 5+ years of CPG brand marketing or retail merchandising experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (MBA preferred).

• Deep familiarity with e-commerce asset management and PIM/syndication tools.

What You Will Do:

• Own the Digital Shelf: Build and optimize above-the-fold and below-the-fold Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across retail channels.

• Manage Syndication: Oversee the digital asset library and manage syndication networks like Syndigo.

• Partner with Sales: Work with Key Account Managers to create retailer-specific digital banners, email campaigns, and in-store displays.

• Launch Products: Coordinate go-to-market assets for new product rollouts and influencer activations.
