CPD Brands - Event Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Event Staff help bring CPD Brand events to life — supporting event operations and behind-the-scenes logistics before, during, and after each event. Roles may include Merchandise Coordinator, Warm Up Area Lead, Stage Manager, Awards Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or Spectator Entrance Attendant, working alongside the CPD Team to create a smooth, professional, and exciting experience for every team we serve.

Note: The majority of our Event Staff also serve on our teaching staff, with many having been part of the CPD Team since joining us following high school graduation. Staff experience and tenure are strongly considered when assigning staff to events. We encourage college students and other qualified individuals who are interested in joining our Event Staff team for the first time. However, individuals who currently serve as an active director, coach, or administrator for a school or district may not be eligible for this position due to potential conflicts of interest within the competitive environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Season Term: 2027 Tour Dates & Locations
• Fridays: If applicable, estimated start between 3-5 PM, and end around 9PM
• Saturdays: Typically 7 AM –10 PM, with short breaks every 2–3 hours
• Availability: Full-event availability may be essential for staffing consistency
• Travel: All travel expenses are included. For staff traveling more than 30 miles, mileage will be reimbursed
• Stay: If applicable, a hotel room will be provided
• Meals: All on-site meals will be provided
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
