CPC Profee Coder

Insight Global is hiring multiple Certified Professional Coders (CPC) to support a large healthcare client in Southern New Jersey. This position focuses on high-volume, multi-specialty professional fee coding in a production-driven environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing provider documentation, assigning CPT-4 and ICD-10 codes with appropriate modifiers, and ensuring accuracy in billing for E/M services, minor procedures, and HCPCS codes. You will also investigate coding discrepancies, collaborate cross-functionally with audit and billing teams, and work within multiple Epic work queues across specialties.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain productivity metrics, and a proactive mindset when navigating changes in coding standards or workflows.
