Job Description
SUMMARY: Provide research‑based insights and operational support to advance court projects, enhance staff development, and improve organizational effectiveness. This includes planning, implementing, and managing trainings and other professional development opportunities for court personnel, providing support to Resource Development Department Director with event coordination and recognition, helping implement policies and procedures, performing research, analyzing data, and serving as liaison and resource with other departments.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis. A Master's degree in an area cited above may substitute for two years of the recommended non-management experience.
