The Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo is seeking well qualified candidates for the position,

Court Human Resources Director.

This is an opportunity to combine executive human resources leadership, organizational strategy, and culture development while helping shape the workforce that supports the administration of justice. From strengthening HR infrastructure and modernizing policies to developing leaders and building accountability, your work will directly influence the Court's ability to serve the public effectively.

This role provides executive oversight of all human resources functions, including employee relations, labor/union relations, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, workers' compensation, and compliance with EEO, ADA, and FMLA requirements. The position also oversees the Facilities function to ensure alignment between workforce planning, workplace environment, and operational efficiency.
