Job Summary
We are seeking a Courier to join our team! As a Courier, you will be responsible for transporting goods and packages to various locations, obtaining signatures, and delivering messages. You will also be responsible for recording your packages and trips and maintaining a log of work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, be personable, and be able to lift and transport heavy packages,up to 150 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages discreetly to a variety of locations
- Record information or messages and ensure they arrive at the appropriate place
- Obtain signatures and collect payment for deliveries as needed
- Load trucks or vehicles if needed
- Maintain accurate records and logs of packages and transport
Qualifications
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated experience working independently and following directions
- Ability to maintain records and transcribe the information on packages or routes
- Be comfortable lifting and carrying potentially heavy packages up to 150 lbs.
- pass a physical and drug test
Compensation: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
