    $100-$125 per hour

    Work with Willow is working with a thriving family owned private practice in Tampa looking for fully licensed therapists experienced providing with couples therapy.

    • Steady caseload - we handle the marketing + referrals so you don’t have to hustle for clients
    • $100–$125/hour - competitive pay with predictable income - Paid quickly 2 times per month
    • Exclusively private pay clients - no insurance headaches or endless admin work
    • Beautiful modern office that’s all yours (no “shared desk” shuffle)
    • Hybrid schedule - in-office 3-4 days/week + up to 20% telehealth from home
    • 4-day work week option if desired for better work-life balance
    • Positive, supportive environment - no micromanagement, no burnout culture

    What we’re looking for:

    • Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD

    • At least 2 years of experience

    • Ready to take on a caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week. 

    • Team-oriented but independent — you’ll have autonomy with support behind you

    This is an independent contractor 1099 role (Health insurance is NOT provided). You set your hours, we fill your schedule.
