Responsibilities and Duties
Clear dining tables of used dishes and debris.
Wipe chairs and tabletops with an approved spray and damp cloth.
They will reset tables with glasses and silverware.
Sweep and mop dining areas and complete other side work duties as instructed.
They will put together room service orders and deliver them to the room.
They will deliver amenities.
Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming.
Participate in training programs to continuously improve guest service skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
