We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Stone Countertop Fabricator to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on crafting and finishing high-quality granite, quartz, marble, and other solid surface materials. What You’ll Do
- Shape, grind, polish, and finish stone surfaces by hand
- Complete edge profiles, sink cutouts, faucet holes, and detailed finishing work
- Operate tools such as grinders, polishers, and routers to achieve high-quality results
- Inspect materials and finished pieces for defects or inconsistencies
- Read and interpret shop drawings and templates accurately
- Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines without sacrificing craftsmanship
- Communicate with team members regarding progress and quality concerns
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in stone fabrication (granite, quartz, marble) preferred
- Strong skills using hand tools (grinders, polishers, routers)
- High attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to read shop drawings and templates
- Physically able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
