Counterperson / Warehouse / Delivery

The Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with counter sales, warehouse operations, deliveries, and inventory management. This position requires a dependable, team-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and safely handle materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter by identifying products, processing orders, and answering questions.
• Pull and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload customer vehicles and delivery trucks.
• Deliver materials to customer job sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Restock shelves and warehouse locations to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and showroom.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer orders are complete and accurate.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, retail, or electrical supply experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical products and materials.
• Forklift certification or experience.
• Experience using inventory management or point-of-sale systems.
