Counter / To-Go & Packing Specialist (Front of House), Dunwoody

From our highly efficient 800-square-foot kitchen in the Dunwoody area, our team produces hundreds of freshly prepared meals each hour to serve offices, medical centers, schools, and community organizations across Metro Atlanta. Our modern ordering systems, dedicated delivery operations, and focus on efficiency allow organizations to receive fresh meals quickly and reliably.

Location: Dunwoody, GA, 4957 Winters Chapel Rd, Suite B. We hire within about a 40-minute drive (no traffic).

Job type: Full time or part time (W-2). Shifts: lunch (about 10 AM to 3 PM), dinner and weekends as scheduled; weekly schedule posted in advance.

Pay: $15 to $18 per hour depending on experience (W-2). Overtime is paid at 1.5x after 40 hours in a week.

About the job

You are the front line for our walk-in, phone and online to-go orders and for packing catering orders. You make sure every order is correct, hot, labeled and on time, and you keep customers and drivers moving.

What you'll do

• Take walk-in and phone orders and enter them in the POS (we use Toast).
• Pack to-go and catering orders accurately: check items, utensils, sauces and labels against the ticket.
• Hand orders to customers and delivery drivers, and confirm pickup details.
• Answer the phone politely and fix order problems (missing item, wrong order) or hand them to a manager.
• Keep the counter, drink and pickup areas clean and stocked.
• Help with opening and closing tasks.
• Help train new team members on order accuracy when asked.

Required

• Available for lunch, dinner or weekend shifts as scheduled, including the lunch rush.
• Comfortable with a POS and phone ordering (training provided).
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 30 lb.
• Reliable transportation; live within about a 40-minute drive.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Preferred: counter, cashier, restaurant or catering-packing experience; Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus but not required (job-related, customer communication).
