Position Overview

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers but also understands hydraulic hoses, fittings, repairs, and shop operations. The right candidate will be comfortable assisting customers, identifying their hydraulic hose needs, and helping with hose repair and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the shop with hydraulic hose and fitting needs
• Identify and troubleshoot hydraulic hose issues
• Assemble, repair, and replace hydraulic hoses
• Measure hoses and determine the correct fittings and components
• Provide knowledgeable product and service recommendations
• Prepare customer orders and maintain accurate records
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe
• Work with the team to ensure customers receive quality service
• Perform other shop and sales-related duties as needed
