Job Title: HVAC Counter Sales Representative
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM + every other Saturday (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Counter Sales Representative to join a well-established HVAC supply distributor in Pompano Beach. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for someone with prior HVAC supplier experience who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
- Assist walk-in customers with HVAC parts, equipment, and supply needs
- Provide accurate product information and technical guidance
- Generate quotes, process orders, and handle returns
- Upsell and recommend additional products based on customer needs
Order Processing & Operations
- Accurately process transactions (cash, credit, account sales)
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain proper documentation for orders and inventory movement
Inventory & Product Support
- Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC products and systems
- Assist with receiving shipments and restocking as needed
- Help customers locate items and recommend alternatives when necessary
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient counter area
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of HVAC counter sales experience (supplier/distributor required)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC parts, systems, and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using inventory or sales systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
