We're hiring a Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative to join a leading distributor serving the waterworks, underground utility, and construction industries. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay & Schedule
- $24.00-$26.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Full-time
- No weekends
What You'll Do
- Assist customers at the sales counter
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Prepare customer quotes
- Process orders accurately
- Support inside sales activities
- Build relationships with contractors and commercial customers
- Help customers find the products they need
- Learn industry-leading waterworks and construction products
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Inside sales or counter sales experience preferred
- Construction supply, industrial distribution, waterworks, plumbing, HVAC, or underground utility experience is a plus
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to multitask and provide outstanding customer service
