Job Summary
We are seeking a Counselor to join our team! As an LPC, LGSW LICSW. A counselor helps individuals, couples, or groups manage emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. they conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and teach coping skills to improve overall mental well-being and life quality. 

Responsibilities 

• Handle a manageable caseload of patients
• Identify core underlying issues that may be contributing to patients' history
• Create and implement treatment plans that fit each patient 
• Uplift and support patients, working with them and their families to help create realistic, lasting change

Qualifications

• Licensure with the state of West Virginia 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong compassionate outlook, with an upbeat and positive personality
• Experience working with clients
