    What You Will Do: 

    • Perform admission and intake screenings.
    • Assist in developing treatment plans.
    • Meet with clients weekly to ensure goals are being met and determine areas in need of additional resources and attention.
    • Assess the outcome of treatment planning, adjusting treatment approaches accordingly, and documenting according to established expectations. 
    • Educating individuals & groups regarding alcohol and drug abuse, harm reduction, mental illness and available community and self-help resources.
    • Assist in coordinating referrals for ongoing aftercare treatment with agencies and services and facilitating individual’s responsibility and participation in aftercare planning.

     

    What you will bring: 

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required); Associate’s Degree or higher in related field (preferred).
    • At least one year of experience in substance abuse or behavioral health counseling (required).
    • Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems (required).
    • Ability to complete accurate and detailed documentation 

     

    SHIFT:  Tuesday - Saturday, 12pm - 8:30pm

    Pay: $25.00 per hour
