Job Responsibilities
- Provides intensive in-home counseling to CP&P referred families in Somerset County with 24/7 coverage required
- Case management/documentation and collaboration with CP&P and other providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field with 1 ½ years’ experience with families; Master's Degree preferred.
- Requires a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends.
- Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history.
- Bilingual, preferred
