The Role:

WebBank is seeking a talented transactional lawyer to join our dynamic team and support the Bank's day-to-day transactional needs, including cutting edge structured finance and fintech transactions. You will be responsible for providing best in class commercial and transactional support across business teams at the Bank. Reporting directly to the VP, Deputy General Counsel - Corporate & Capital Markets, this role offers a unique blend of autonomy, collaboration, and the chance to work on high-profile projects with the leading bank in Fintech

What You'll Do:

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Provide day-to-day legal advice across the entire organization and partner with cross-functional teams to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a multitude of contract-types, including confidentiality agreements, credit bureau agreements, technology services agreements, term sheets, financing documents, and partnership agreements.
• Support the Bank's financing efforts and partner with the outside counsel, internal counsel, and Bank's asset finance team to support various financing transactions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Treasury, Compliance, IT, Asset Finance, and Business Development to provide deal structuring and commercial contractual support.
• Supervise outside counsel.
