About Our Program

Our team specializes in Transitional Rehabilitation, a comprehensive approach designed to support short-stay patients recovering from surgery or illness. This program leverages our private rooms and individualized care plans to promote faster recovery and improved outcomes.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes:

• Physicians
  
• Nurses
  
• Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists
  
• Restorative Nursing Aides
