About the Role:Revive Therapy Plus Wellness LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their growing team in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities:- Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and functional mobility activities
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and goal attainment in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition or functional status to the supervising OT
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment and manage equipment as needed
Requirements:- Active COTA certification through NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
- Valid Oklahoma state licensure
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to quality care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting
