    We are currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional for the following role:
     
    Position: Costing Engineer
    Location: Fort Wayne, IN
     
     
    This Costing Engineer will support the Costing Department by performing the following duties: 
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Generate new part cost calculations, existing part cost calculations, and cost breakdowns as needed. 
    • Create and utilize Excel spreadsheets to perform complex calculations, track data, and publish reports. 
    • Estimate the cost to produce a part for a new manufacturing process. 
    • Create Bill of Materials and routings in ERP system. 
    • Investigate and correct ERP costing errors. 
    • Work with the Industrial Engineer Department to estimate tooling costs. 
    • Work with the Industrial Engineering Department at VOSS Automotive Mexico to keep the cycle time and setup time tables/files up-to-date for existing and new part processes. 
     
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 2 years' experience
    • Experience with manufacturing and assembly processes
