Impact Recruitment is looking for a Cost/Project Engineer with experience on commercial construction projects in San Jose, CA and surrounding areas.
Our client has been serving Northern Californias Silicon Valley for 35+ years. Our client provides quality construction and superb workmanship. Their experience encompasses ground-up, build-outs, renovations, ADA, seismic upgrades, and design-build.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in the construction or engineering field
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with bidding is a plus
2+ years of experience, outside of education
Software: Microsoft Suite, anything beyond, such as BlueBeam is a plus
