The Cost Modeling SME will provide subject matter expertise in full-cost accounting, cost allocation methodologies, rate development, chargeback models, and financial management operations supporting federal working capital and revolving fund environments.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and implementing cost models within the federal government, including experience with SFFAS 4 (Managerial Cost Accounting Standards) and SFFAS 10 (Accounting for Internal Use Software).
