Job Description- Maintain CIP project trackers, dashboards, timelines, and documentation.
- Track project status, savings research, calculations, risks, approvals, and implementation progress.
- Own savings calculations, reporting, and leadership reviews.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Product Management teams.
- Track realized savings and identify project roadblocks.
- Escalate issues and support timely project completion.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Support VAVE and cost-reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications- Experience with VAVE / Cost Reduction.
- Strong project tracking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
