What You'll Do:

• Produce detailed construction cost estimates in accordance with client requirements
• Provide input to the A/E team regarding potential issues impacting cost estimates
• Coordinate with the design team from project inception through completion

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of recent construction cost estimating experience for large-scale commercial construction projects

Solid knowledge of cost estimating principles for commercial building construction

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering construction documents

Proficient with estimating software such as MCASES, RSMeans, or Procore

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong math skills and ability to analyze numerical data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Federal and/or healthcare project experience a plus

CPE certification preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field preferred
