Description
The Software Evaluation and Estimation Resource (SEER 2) task order provides cost estimation, knowledge sharing, and contract management services to the client utilizing the Galorath SEER software suite.
The Cost Estimator will support the development and maintenance of an IT lifecycle cost estimate, assist in knowledge sharing activities, and provide documentation and presentation support to senior staff and Government stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Assess products and procedures for compliance with government standards and accounting principles.
Support development and maintenance of the IT lifecycle cost estimate using Galorath SEER.
Prepare milestone documentation and presentations for senior managers and Government stakeholders.
Support knowledge sharing sessions on SEER software suite components.
Assist in financial management reporting, obligation/expenditure forecasting, and cost projections.

Qualifications
Cost/price analysis, activity-based costing, GAO cost estimating best practices (GAO-20-195G), financial documentation & presentations
Galorath SEER (SEER-IT, SEER-H, SEER-SYS, SEER-SEM), parametric cost modeling, lifecycle cost estimation
