Key Responsibilities for the Cost Analyst:


• Coordinate and oversee physical inventory processes.
• Maintain standard costs and review standard versus actual cost variances.
• Conduct production floor walkthroughs to investigate variances, reporting issues, and cost build-ups.
• Analyze bills of materials (BOMs) and raw material costs.
• Partner with production, engineering, and procurement teams to develop cost estimates and establish cost targets.
• Support general accounting activities and financial reporting processes.

Qualifications for the Cost Analyst:


• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment preferred.
