The Role
This position focuses on product costing, pricing support, and analysis across a high-mix manufacturing environment. You’ll partner with operations, engineering, and estimating teams to ensure accurate costs on new and existing parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze new parts and update cost structures
- Support pricing decisions through accurate cost modeling
- Partner with operations on labor/burden rates and work center setup
- Assist with month-end and basic journal entries
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
What You Need
- Manufacturing cost accounting experience
- Strong Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
- ERP exposure
- Curious, hands-on, and comfortable working closely with operations
Salary: $75,000-$90,000
