YOUR IMPORTANT ROLE AS OUR COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTORAs a Cosmetology Instructor, you'll play a key role in helping students build the confidence and skills they need to succeed in the beauty industry. You'll teach both classroom and clinic-floor lessons using the Paul Mitchell curriculum, demonstrate techniques, and guide students as they practice and develop their craft.Throughout the program, you'll serve as a mentor, helping students prepare for graduation and state board licensure while encouraging both professional and personal growth. You'll provide constructive feedback, monitor student progress, uphold state board and school standards, and help create a positive learning environment where future professionals can thrive.
