What You'll Do:

• Craft high-quality cocktails and pour wines with precision and creativity
• Manage the bar during busy lunch service, happy hour, and dinner shifts
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and engage guests in genuine conversation
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory standards
• Collaborate with our team to deliver seamless service and memorable experiences

Hourly Compensation Range $28.00 - $36.00

ESR does not believe a heavy reliance on traditional gratuities is an equitable or modern way to compensate employees. Accordingly, ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 20% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
