Location: Atglen Container, 4581 Lower Valley Road, Atglen, PA 19310

Schedule: Hourly, Full-Time (MondayFriday) | 2nd Shift (3:00 pm11:00 pm) or 3rd Shift (11:00 pm7:00 am)

Start & Grow: You will begin as a General Helper and advance to Machine Operator once qualified.

Pay: $25.01/hr during probation. After qualification: $26.14/hr up to $31.19/hr based on position proficiency.

A Day in the Role

From the first whistle to the last quality check, youll be the steady hand that keeps our corrugated converting lines producing safely and efficiently. You set up with your crew, confirm specifications from work orders and print cards, and keep a keen eye on quality and count as finished product comes off the line. Between runs, you tidy your area, verify measurements with tape measures and gauges, and coordinate the next orderalways with safety first.

What Youll Do

• Operate production machinery safely, following all safety rules and practices at all times.
• Count, stack, and stage finished product accurately.
• Interpret customer requirements by reviewing factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications.
• Apply basic shop math in daily decision-making and checks.
• Use tape measures, gauges, and test equipment to verify setup and product quality.
• Coordinate with machine crew members to efficiently set up and run orders.
• Meet or exceed company quality and production standards; monitor output for quality and quantity continuously.
• Maintain clean, organized housekeeping throughout the shift.
• Conduct and record quality inspections and tests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an industrial plant manufacturing environment.
• Corrugated manufacturing background preferred.
• Sit-down forklift and/or pull-pack experience preferred.
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read a tape measure and ruler with accuracy.
• Competence with basic shop math.
• Curiosity to learn, willingness to follow instructions, ask questions, and contribute as a strong team member.
